Manish Maini is the Managing Partner of Maanlex Global Partners LLP and a second-generation lawyer practicing at the Delhi High Court. He is the son of the Om Prakash Mannie, Advocate, who founded the firm's predecessor practice in 1974. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2005 (Enrollment No. D-1035/2005), he has over twenty years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, property law, motor accident claims, consumer law, family law, and criminal matters.
He holds an LLM (First Class) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi (2011), and a Diploma in Cyber Law from the Indian Law Institute (2009). In 2010, he was appointed as Ambassador by the then Hon'ble Chief Justice Dipak Misra of the Delhi High Court for the organisation of the Mega Lok Adalat, 2010.

Work experience
Manish Maini established Mannie and Associates in 2006, which has since evolved into Maanlex Global Partners LLP. Over two decades of practice, he has handled a broad range of civil, criminal, consumer, motor accident, and property matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Consumer Forums, and Tribunals across India.
His practice in property law has included conducting title searches and issuing non-encumbrance certificates for over 200 properties in Delhi as empanelled counsel for UCO Bank. He has represented corporate clients including Havell's India Limited and First Flight Couriers (P) Ltd. in civil and commercial litigation, and has served as a panel advocate with the Delhi Legal Services Authority.
