Subhavana has practiced at the Delhi High Court and before specialised Tribunals and Commissions since 2003. Her client base spans individual litigants, information technology companies, banking institutions, and public sector entities. She has maintained active panels with Punjab National Bank, United India Insurance Ltd., State Bank of India, Steel Authority of India Limited, and LIC Housing Finance Limited.
Her practice in cyber law and intellectual property rights covers matters involving information technology, digital offences, and IP disputes before appropriate judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. She is also associated with Law Offices of India, a firm with international connections in Italy and the United Kingdom, which is empanelled with the Italian Embassy and participates in the Make in India Chapter of AIBC, Australia.
