Dheeraj Jani is an Associate at Maanlex Global Partners LLP and additionally serves as Panel Counsel for the Union of India before the Supreme Court of India. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (Enrollment No. D/10537/2021). He also holds a Master's degree in Economics from VMOU, Kota, and a Bachelor's degree from Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur.
Since joining Maanlex Global Partners LLP in February 2024, Dheeraj Jani has appeared in matters on behalf of the Union of India before the Supreme Court, drafted Special Leave Petitions in civil and criminal matters, and prepared counter affidavits and additional affidavits in a range of proceedings.

Work experience
Prior to joining Maanlex Global Partners LLP, Dheeraj Jani practiced with Anurag Dhayal and Associates (AOR) from June 2022 to September 2023, where he handled Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Civil and Criminal Law, Service and Administrative Law before the Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench), Consumer Law before the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court, and Arbitration matters.
Earlier, he was with Amit Alok and Associates (December 2021 to May 2022), where he drafted Special Leave Petitions, revision petitions before the NCDRC, consumer complaints before District Consumer Forums, and quashing petitions before the Delhi High Court. He also filed petitions before the NCLT and argued matters at various stages.
